Thailand has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Specialist, located in Bangkok office. This position manages the
sales and innovation pipeline of medium/large, complex accounts and
distribution with the key objective to maintain and grow in alignment to the
sales goals and marketing plan. You will be responsible for Dow Industrial
Solution applications in these industries:
- Coatings, Inks
and Adhesive
- Pharmaceutical
- Industrial and Institutional Cleaning and Home

Responsibilities
/ Duties:
- Manages account
portfolio - develops and implements account plans.
- Leads and
coordinates customer relationships.
- Charters business
development projects/strategies, and investigates new channels to market
- Develops and
executes sales/marketing plan, delivering both value and volume.
- Collects and
utilizes market intelligence to shape sales/marketing plan.
- Leads/conducts
negotiations and implements price change.
- Collaborates with
other function(s) stakeholders to deliver improving CX results.
- Delivers growth,
including cross business opportunities.
- Understands short
vs long term tradeoffs and is able to articulate them for win solutions.
- Comfortable
leading and organizing meetings with business leadership and the customer
- Strong bias for
action and thorough follows up
- Highly
self-motivated and seeks out missing information to complete projects
successfully
- Prioritizes
business objectives with an owner's mindset
Required
Qualifications:
- Preferred a
minimum of a bachelor’s degree i business,
chemistry or engineering
- A minimum of 5 years’
experience in Sales is required.
- Fluency in
English, strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent in
computer skills such as Microsoft office
- Be eligible to
work in Thailand and communicate Thai fluently.
- Strong experience
and knowledge on any of these key market segments would be advantage: Coatings,
Inks, Adhesives, Pharma, Crop Solutions, I&I Cleaning or Home Care

for both the company and the customer. And ability to clearly and effectively
exchange information, ideas, thoughts, with others internally & externally.

performance metrics and adjusts strategies without needing constant feedback.

influence: Adept at influencing
stakeholders and clients through compelling communication and value-driven
proposals.

trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams through empathy,
active listening, and clear communication.

demands or market conditions.

focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Ability to understand customer
needs and provide tailored solutions.

across departments (e.g. Marketing, CSR, Supply chain) to deliver seamless customer
experiences
- Stakeholder management: ability to identify, engage, influence, and maintain
positive relationships with all individuals or groups who have an interest in
or impact on the sales process—both internally and externally.
