Thailand Future Leader Program

A Leadership Development Program that focuses on building a strong foundation of knowledge and a well-rounded on-the-job experience to develop young professionals as future leaders for Dow Thailand. A program begins with one and a half year job-rotation experiences in business critical functions before moving into a role of individual’s interest. Participants in the programs will be mentored and coached by Experienced Leaders and Members of Dow Thailand Senior Management Team throughout the program.

Commercial Development Program (CDP) is 12 months program of intense and structured training with rotational, hands-on assignments which will provide you with corporate orientation and the practical skills in order to fulfil your future role and maximise your career potential. This program helps employees find the right job. Participants have an opportunity to have a one-on-one talk with the chosen Mentor to learn and listen to their viewpoints, including suggestions for career planning, which can be incorporated into their professional and personal development plans. The 33 mentors include directors,leaders, and specialists from all departments.
