1. Application

Use the search option filters to identify positions of interest. If you are a first-time applicant, you will be asked to create a profile.

After creating a user ID, you can import information from your LinkedIn account to expedite the process.

Complete the online form and attach all relevant supporting documents. After you apply for a position, you will receive an email from Dow acknowledging your application. We will contact you if we need more information from you, as well as keep you posted on the status of your application.

2. Online Assessment

We will review your profile and any attachments you provide against our job requirements. Candidates that best fit the position may be asked to participate in a phone screen or online test. This not only allows us to obtain more information about you but also will be an opportunity for you to assess whether Dow suits your preference.

3. Virtual Interview

If you're invited for an interview, we will provide further information on the venue and timing. The number of interviews and how they are conducted varies by position. For Thailand, most interviews will be conducted virtually. Be sure to read our interview tips before this step.

Keep in mind that the interview is a great place to discuss not only what you have to offer, but also to learn more about our company and people.

4. Offer

You will hear back from us regarding an employment decision upon completion of all interviews. Your employment offer will feature information on the job position, salary and benefits.

Though it may vary by role, the entire application process may take 4 to 8 weeks. Once interviews are complete, we will extend offers to the candidate(s) that are the best fit at that particular time.
